Alex grew up on a farm in New Zealand. In 2009 he graduated from the University of Otago with degrees in Law and Political Studies.

Alex has worked on complicated estate matters for more than 7 years practicing in both New Zealand and Canada.

When Alex is not working he can likely be found playing soccer, performing with the Peach Gravy improv troupe or hiking/biking with his 2 children.
